Higbee brings more than 25 years of experience in regulated manufacturing, including over a decade supporting OEM medical device customers. Throughout his career, he has held highly technical, customer-facing roles spanning engineering, program management, quality, and commercial leadership. His background includes partnering closely with leading medical device companies and serving as a key liaison between engineering, quality, operations, and sourcing teams.

Known for his collaborative approach and ability to navigate complex technical challenges, Higbee is passionate about building strong relationships and helping customers deliver high-quality solutions in demanding, regulated environments.
