For more than 20 years, Pliant has proudly partnered with the Muskegon and Ottawa County United Way organizations. This long-standing relationship includes active participation in initiatives such as United Way’s Day of Caring, where our team joins volunteers across the region to support hands-on community projects. To reinforce this commitment, Pliant provides every team member with eight hours of paid community service time annually, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to give back in meaningful ways.

Each year, our company-wide United Way campaign brings employees together through both financial contributions and volunteer engagement. These collective efforts have been recognized with multiple honors over the years, including the Campaign Excellence Award, Out of the Box Award, Gold Award, and the Community Builder Award—recognitions that reflect the dedication and generosity of our team.
